- Do I need to know Python or machine learning?
- No. RedenFlow is built for people who have a problem to solve rather than a model to write. You label photos by clicking on things, press Train, and get a model back.
- Where does my data go?
- Nowhere. Your photos, your labels and your trained models stay on your computer. We never upload them, and we could not look at them if we wanted to.
- Does it need an internet connection?
- Only to check your licence, and not every time. Once you have signed in, RedenFlow keeps working offline for a fortnight before it needs to check in again.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the app carries on with the free limits. Nothing you have made is taken away.
- What happens to my projects if I stop paying?
- They stay exactly where they are, on your machine. Free limits apply to new work, not to what you have already done.
